Alanis Morissette

Alanis Morissette from Canada was born on June 1 1974 in Ottawa. Alanis is the feminine name of Alan which is her father's birth name. The name of her mother is Georgia and there are two brothers named Chad as well as Wade (Alanis"Twin). She began playing the piano at age 6 and the guitar at age 21. Alanis recorded a single back in the year 1986 titled Fate stay with me (b-side : Find The Right Man). In Canada, Alanis recorded two dance-pop albums: Alanis (in 1991) and Now Is The Time in 1992.
