LeBron Raymone James Sr., born December 30, 1984, is an American professional basket ball player who represents the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). He is known as King James and is considered to be one of the most successful basketball players in history. James won two Olympic gold medals as well as four NBA championships. James is the NBA All-Star with most points in playoffs, the second highest career point total, and seventh-highest career assist total. James has been the NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, an all-time record. He was also selected to the NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. He was the third player to play in the NBA Finals. Eight of the games were in consecutive order from 2011 to the year 2018. James was chosen to be part of the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He became the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, rebounds and assist in 2022. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School close to his home in Akron Ohio. His future NBA career was hyped by the media. In 2003, his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers took him first during the NBA draft as a pro-to-prep. In his time as the NBA rookie of the year 2004, he established his name rapidly as one of the best players in the league, winning the NBA MVP award for 2009 and 2010. He was unable to secure a championship with Cleveland James left in 2010 as a free agent in order to become a member of with the Miami Heat this was announced on television in the special The Decision and is among the most controversial free-agent decisions in sports history.
